Welcome to 2015 - Out with the old, and in with the new!

New Year's Resolutions - What's your?

It's that time of year again. Another year gone and a new start to 2015. It's a time of reflection as we look back on the good, the bad and the ugly. Last year was one of the best. I published my first novel. It was also fraught with personal trials. Some self-inflicted and other's just part of life. I've learned a great deal about myself this last year. I've never claimed perfection, but I am more determined than most, and relentless in my pursuits. When I decide to jump, right or wrong, it's with both feet.

I have committed to publishing at least five novels in 2015. The next is the beloved novel on everyone's wish list Merger Undone. I'm almost finished with the revision of "Saying Yes" for Harlequin, and then it's onto to MU. I promise it won't take long once I'm solely dedicated to it. It's already at 60K in words and I think it should come in at 90K. We shall see, but I promise you won't be disappointed with K.K. and Josh's story. It's unfolding magnificently.

Most you know that I post my workouts on social media. It keeps me accountable to my athletic followers and it feels good to see the results live. Crossfit is my preferred sport and despite a one month hiatus for physical therapy, for my patella issues, both knees no less, I'm back at my box happy and pain free. The workouts aren't ever easy, but the sense of accomplishment I feel when I leave can't be measured.

My life is full with love, family and friendship. I'm working at being the best "me" possible and hope that in the 2015 year, everyone sets at least one attainable goal and fights to claim it with both hands.

A man's worth in no greater than his ambitions - Marcus Aurelius

Here's my feature song of the day:

The greatest line: How does it feel to know that I love you?

I have the answer to that question and it won't be answered in words. True love has to be shown, given freely, accepted without constraint, and respected. If you have anythng less...you have nothing at all.

Stay ambitious with me, and hungry in life and love!

Share and check back often.
